Nakheel is adding another neighborhood center

Nakheel is adding another neighborhood center to its growing collection of retail projects with a new, 72,000 sq ft Pavilion at its Badrah community in Dubai.

The developer has awarded a contract for more than AED35 million to Dubai-based Convrgnt Value Engineering LLC to build the new facility, which will serve nearly 800 homes at Nakheel’s Badrah and Veneto communities.

Badrah Pavilion – the sixth neighbourhood retail centee by Nakheel -- will feature 25 outlets including a supermarket, shops, services, cafes and restaurants, plus a gymnasium.

Badrah contains almost 600 townhouses and apartments spread across eight low-rise buildings. Construction is complete, and handovers are ongoing.
