Scope of Works
- 326 tons of cooling load connected to FAHU, AHSs and FCUs through Primary and Secondary Chilled Water Network.
- Firefighting System including Fire Pump Sets, Breaching Inlet, Fire Hose Cabinets, Wet Sprinklers and Fire Extinguishers.
- Cold Water Distribution Network including Water Tanks, Booster and Transfer Pumps.
- Water and Soil stack Drainage Distribution System.
- Water heaters, Sanitary Wares and Bathroom Accessories.
- Low Voltage Switchgear comprising MDBs (2 nos.), MCC (1 no.), SMDBs (17 nos.), DBs and Power Factor Correction Units.
- Normal and Emergency Light Fittings, Wiring Devices
- Earthing & Lightening Protection System
- Fire Alarm, Telephone, CCTV, Public Address, Security Access Control Systems, Building Management System.
