Oasis Village Staff Housing Complex
Project Description: A facility to accommodate a total of 5,500 personnel for the Jumeirah Beach Hotel, Emirates Tower Hotel and Wild Wadi Aqua Park in two & three storey buildings located on a plot of 105,000 square meter. Restaurant and retail buildings as well as outdoor leisure facilities make this one of the largest self-contained staff housing facilities in Dubai. A dedicated Central Service Yard (a first in the UAE at that time) with 600 cubic meters / day Sewage Treatment Plant, over 3000 tons of Chilled Water HVAC System and 1500 KVA Transformers (3 Nos.) provide services for the complex through an intricate network of below ground supply lines.

- 3,000 tons of cooling load connected to AHUs (52 nos.) and FCUs (3,500 nos.) through 9 Primary & 24 Secondary Chilled water pumps.
- Fire Fighting System including Fire Pumps set (550 IGPM), Sprinkler System, and Fire Cabinets etc.
- Cold Water Booster Pump sets with water distribution network.
- Sewage Lifting Stations (6 nos.) and Sewage Treatment Plants (2 nos.)
- Water and Soil stack Drainage Distribution System.
- Total connected load of 16 MW distributed through Substations (3 nos.), LV Panels (5 nos.), SMDBs (35 nos.), DBs and Feeder Panels.
- Lighting and Power system.
- LV Cabling and containment.
- Normal and Emergency Light Fittings, Wiring Devices & Central Emergency Battery System
- Fire Alarm System, MATV, Telephone and Data Systems.
