- 376 Ducted Split Units.
- Cold Water Booster Pump for Each Villa, Under Ground Water Tank of 5,000 L capacity (each villa), Water Heaters (564 nos) plus Hot and Cold Water Distribution Network.
- Water and Soil Stack Drainage System.
- Sanitary Wares and Washroom Accessories.
- Total Connected Electrical Load of 7 MW distributed through SMDBs, DBs & Meter Cabinet for Each Villa.
- Normal and Emergency Light Fittings, Wiring Devices.
- Fire Alarm System, Telephone & Intercom Systems, MATV System etc.
- Swimming Pool for Each Villa.
